❄️ How long do the ice plates last in extreme heat?

Our included 13oz ice plate is designed to provide cooling relief for up to 3 hours in moderate conditions. However, in extreme temperatures (100°F / 38°C and above), cooling time may be closer to 30–45 minutes, depending on individual activity level, sun exposure, and humidity.

Why the shorter duration?
In these high-heat environments, the body works overtime to regulate temperature — and so do our ice plates. The hotter it gets, the faster the ice melts to keep you cool.

Need longer-lasting cooling?
