We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. However there is a charge of 20% of the items value for a return and refund due to supplier restocking fees as long as the return is due to buyers remorse. For any damages or missing items please contact us immediately so we can do our best to fix it or get your money back. Canceled orders before shipment are not subject to this fee.
The shipping time depend heavily on suppliers, but usual would be no more than a week processing and shipping times. More common would be about 4-5 days total.
No, we are a US based company that sells US made and shipped products. We want to be a company who sells quality Us made products to our very own home country, so we do not ship overseas or to other countries.
Yes! Other than common card methods and shop pay you can send us money via wire if you have a particularly large order. Just contact us for the details! As for credit based options, go through shop pay interest based installments, it is the only one we take other than simple credit cards.
